Receiving services does not have to a confusing or frustrating experience!

Here at TYSN we are committed to help youths and their families with any steps necessary for them to acquire the services they need.

  1. The first step to acquiring services it to call PerformCare which is the point of entry for any services necessary. PerformCare can be reached 24/7 at 1-877-652-7624.
  2. After calling perform care they will ask you a series of questions to ascertain which services the youth requires. After these questions PerformCare will either issue a Needs Assessment or refer the youth to Mobile Crisis Response if they case needs immediate attention.
  3. If the parent(s) agree to Mobile Crisis Response Services then a Care Manager will visit the family within the same day the call is made.
  4. All services are free
